Companions Circle Church's programs, projects, activities, teachings, or writings and all programs, projects, activities, teachings, or writings offered under the auspices of Companions Circle Church, Inc. (dba Companions Circle Church and Companions Circle) are religious, charitable, and educational in nature and are designed to complement - not replace - standard licensed professional medical, legal, and/or financial assistance. Nothing printed or published digitally, electronically or by any other means by Companions Circle Church or its staff, volunteers or members is intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical diseases or conditions.

Participation in any projects, programs, teaching, counseling, healing, or consulting offered by Companions Circle Church and directors and staff, in-person or at a distance via phone, website, email, or postal service or other delivery service implies acceptance of Companions Circle Church's Terms of Service (TOS), and acceptance of individual responsibility for all outcomes and informed consent. Participants agree to waive and release, indemnify, hold harmless, and forever discharge Companions Circle Church and its agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, successors, and assigns, of and from any and all claims, demands, debts, contracts, expenses, causes of action, lawsuits, damages, and law or equity that participants ever had or may have, arising from or in any way related to participation in any of the activities, meetings, consultations, rituals, ceremonies, and sessions conducted by, on the premises of, or for the benefit of Companions Circle Church provided that this waiver of liability does not apply to any acts of gross negligence, or intentional, willful, wanton misconduct.

This Disclaimer and TOS applies to all projects, programs, websites and publications (verbal, printed and electronic) of Companions Circle Church and its staff.

Companions Circle Church does not imply endorsement of and takes no responsibility for the content of any external websites owned or operated or controlled by other individuals, groups, circles, organizations, societies, networks, or companies that may be hyperlinked (linked via Internet) to any of Companions Circle Church's websites.
